Such an odd game – both ugly as hell and freaking amazing all in one outing…frustrating and fun. Zegras was outstanding, and Drysdale had a low key tremendous game. He made a ton of sound defensive plays that made a serious impact.

But, I’m surprised you didn’t call out TK, Charlie. He couldn’t handle passes all afternoon and seemed a step slow.

It’s great to see Zegras in clearly a situation that is more comfortable for him, in turn, allowing his talent to shine through. That can only bode well for the Flyers going forward.

This is the game that saw players like Ersson and Michkov emerge from bad starts to gain some much needed confidence. While it also served as the breakout game for Zegras who has found his home in the NHL! Great observations, Charlie!
