Fran’s film review: Why the Eagles offense fell flat in Tampa

After another disappointingly slow start, the Eagles offense failed to get much rolling against Todd Bowles and the Tampa Bay Bucs on Sunday, and I think that’s where we have to begin this breakdown. Once again, the Eagles failed to get the plane off the ground on time, making it four straight games without scoring a point in the first quarter (the only remaining NFL team that has failed to do so). 
What happened on Sunday’s opening script? How did three drives fail to net a single first down or even a successful play? Here’s the rundown of all nine plays.
