With Day 2 of free agency now in the books, it’s fair to say that the opening surge of the 2024 NHL offseason has come to a close.
Sure, there will be additional signings, and likely quite a few more trades. But the big UFA names are basically off the market now, and teams are starting to close in on their final rosters and approach salary cap compliance.
Which makes it an ideal time to check in on where the Flyers’ cap situation stands.
