NEW ORLEANS — Howie Roseman greeted every player who walked into the visitor’s locker room after the Eagles' postseason loss in Tampa last January. There were extended embraces with Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox, two franchise icons who Roseman drafted and watched win Super Bowls and build Hall-of-Fame-caliber careers.
