On complete 5-1 road trip, Phillies gain confidence

Heading into the just-completed six-game road trip with visits to Tampa Bay and Cleveland, I wrote of my confusion as to what the offensive identity was of this Phillies team. Now six games in six nights certainly aren’t going to solidify my questioning, but the picture of the offense did start to become clearer and it wasn’t solely due to hot streaks or anomalies or anything of that sort.
It’s more of a thought that if the Phillies can just be themselves at the plate most of the time, that’s a pretty good thing.
