Paul George injured his left knee again. What comes next?

Paul George suffered a left knee injury during a recent workout and underwent a successful arthroscopic procedure to treat that injury, the Sixers announced on Monday night. He was operated on by Dr. Jonathan L. Glashow, the man who operated on Joel Embiid's troublesome knee earlier this year. George is expected to begin rehab immediately.
In addition to those aforementioned facts from the team:

A source told PHLY Sports that the procedure was essentially an arthroscopic clean-up and did not involve the major ligaments
A source familiar with the injury also told PHLY Sports that this was not a meniscus injury, despite some speculation floated on social media
