There are two different, but equally important, aspects in every journey back from an injury.
There's the physical recovery, which is the one that we tend to focus the most on as we discuss the surgery that was required to repair the injury, talk about the keys to the player's rehabilitation process, and take educated guesses on the timeline that will be required before the player is able to get back on the court and start competing again.
