TRADE DEADLINE DAY!

The trade deadline is today at 3 pm Eastern. Here is a primer to help get you through the day.

The majority of this article will aim to be informational, a reminder of what the Sixers have available to trade, of the league rules that dictate what they can do, and how that impacts their flexibility, both at today's deadline and also going forward. At the end I'll editorialize a bit more and try to do some tea leaf reading.
