When it comes to prospects, it's very easy to get impatient.
We live in an instant gratification society, and that line of thinking has found its way into sports. We want our own 19-year old phenom. We want the can't-miss prospect who is dominating at the Major League level before they can legally drink alcohol. But it's important to remember that good things can take time.
