Joel Embiid made his 2024 NBA season debut last night, as the Philadelphia 76ers fall to Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks 111-99 in the first round of the NBA Cup. The Sixers are now 2-8 on the season. The Philadelphia Eagles get set for a Thursday Night Football matchup with Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders for the lead in the NFC East.
