Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, Paul George and the Philadelphia 76ers drop their seventh consecutive game last night, losing to the Brooklyn Nets 105-103. The nightmare season for Nick Nurse’s team continues, and the question begins to arise, at what point do you just shutdown Embiid or George for the remainder of the season? Embiid finished just 4-13 from the field, including 0-6 from beyond the arc. They are now 20-36, and have the sixth worst record in the NBA. The draft pick the Sixers traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder is top 6 protected.
