Despite an electric 37-point performance by Tyrese Maxey, the Philadelphia 76ers fell to the Milwaukee Bucks 123-109. Adem Bona, starting the first game of his NBA career as the Sixers were playing without Joel Embiid, Andre Drummond and Guerschon Yabusele, added in 10 points and 6 rebounds before fouling out.
With the loss, Philadelphia’s sixth in a row, the Sixers fell to 15-26 on the season.
The Sixers could not overcome a dominant 34 point, 15 rebound, 6 assist performance from Giannis Antetokounmpo, along with a monster fourth quarter from Damian Lillard, who scored 16 in the final frame after being held in check for most of the game.
