Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey combined for 60 points, but were stunned in OT by the shorthanded Denver Nuggets as the Philadelphia 76ers fell 125-124. Watson and Pickett matched the two Sixers stars’ output with 53 combined points, leading Denver to a remarkable win without Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon and many other rotation players.
