VJ Edgecombe, Sixers didn’t have it tonight as they dropped their second in a row with a 132-121 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on night two of their back-to-back. The 76ers were down big early, but fought back to tie the game at 72-72 in the third quarter, only to see the Cavaliers go on a run to put the game out of hand. Philadelphia received solid contributions off the bench from Andre Drummond (13 points, 13 rebounds) and Trendon Watford (16 points, 6 assists), while VJ Edgecombe had his toughest game of his young career, finishing with just six points on 3-12 shooting. Tyrese Maxey and Quentin Grimes scored 27 each to lead the Sixers, Cleveland’s Donovan Mitchell scored a game-best 46 and Darius Garland added eight points and four assists.
