Led by 12 fourth quarter points from Tyrese Maxey and a 32-point performance from Joel Embiid, the Sixers overcome a sluggish start in Salt Lake City to pull out a 114-111 win over the Utah Jazz. It is the 9th win in the last 12 games for the Sixers, who have moved to within a half game of the play-in tournament as they look to climb out of the hole they dug for themselves following their disastrous 3-14 start to the season.
The Sixers were led by Joel Embiid, who finished with 32 points and 6 rebounds, and Tyrese Maxey, who scored 12 of his 32 points in the fourth quarter to help the Sixers take control of the game. Guerschon Yabusele added in 12 points and 8 rebounds off the bench.
