My favorite snow game was Shady against the Lions. This game with Barkley just topped that.

What a performance by Barkley! Though it was not quite as prolific as his previous game against the Rams, I prefer this one due to it coming during a playoff game and under adverse weather conditions. The second touchdown run was magical!

I remember reading that Steve Van Buren lived in the Penfield area of Havertown and took a P&W trolley (now the Norristown High Speed Line) to 69th St Station. Well, anyway, great stories. Outdoor Football Forever!
