Tyrese Maxey looks on track to play against the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday, giving the Sixers their first chance to see the star guard with Joel Embiid and Paul George on the floor. "The season starts now" has been a common joke in Sixers social media circles for weeks, but maybe this time Lucy will find some kindness in her heart and hold onto the football for Charlie Brown.
While Nick Nurse told reporters on Tuesday that Maxey would play limited minutes if he does return, it's still enough to offer a bit of hope. So other than getting this guy on the floor, what else needs to happen for the Sixers to get their act together?
