The end of a a baseball season is so sudden. Sometimes, you just need a day to process a tough loss.
When it comes to the Phillies, I do not proclaim to be a baseball expert. Certainly am not pretending to be an unbiased reporter, either. But as someone who watches 140-plus games per year and devours daily coverage of the local baseball team, I feel entitled to chime in on a once-magical season coming to a screeching halt.
