After the Eagles forced the Chiefs to another three-and-out in the second quarter of the Super Bowl, I turned to Bo Wulf with a question: “Do you think Vic Fangio is eligible for MVP?” It was said with a touch of humor — the “P” in the award, of course, indicates “player” — but it was also said because it became clear quickly on Sunday that the Eagles defense was making history and the MVP vote might be complicated.
